The product characteristics

The plugging removal agent is made of zwitterionic surfactant and mixed acid as main materials and corrosion inhibitor as auxiliary materials through heating and cooling. There are two kinds of oil field chemicals, acidic and alkaline, which act alternately to eliminate wellbore blockage.

The product use

Organic or inorganic substances, such as corrosion inhibitor residue, foam remover denaturation, inorganic salt scaling in formation water, and insufficient gel breaking of fracturing fluid, cause natural gas pipe plugging.

Dig an emptying pool at the wellhead, inject plugging removal agent into the wellbore, shut in the well for 5-15h, and vent the tubing (or take the residual plugging removal liquid out of the ground with foam), and repeat the above operations until the trial production meets the construction design requirements.

Well conditions before unblocking construction:

1. The pressure difference of production oil casing is too large;

2. It is difficult to produce water in gas wells, and the oil pressure and gas production rate decrease;

3. The drifting operation is blocked, and the drifting gauge cannot be lowered to the predetermined position;

4. The serious blockage caused the gas well to stop production.

Effect after unblocking construction:

1. Keep the pipeline unblocked for a long time;

2. The pressure difference of the production oil casing is reduced, and the oil pressure and gas production water output are increased;

3. The pressure of the reinjection well of formation water decreases and the reinjection liquid volume increases;

4. The input-output ratio is greater than 1:10.

Packaging and Storage

Packed in plastic barrels; The packaging specification is 200kg/ barrel.

Store in a cool and dry place, pay attention to prevent rain and sunlight, and the shelf life is two years.
