This product is a light yellow solid. Soluble in water, acid, hard water, inorganic salts, and alkali. Can be used with both cationic and non-ionic surfactants

Octadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride is suitable for the preparation of soft conditioners, refined hair creams, hair conditioning softeners, hair dyes, emollients and cleaning products.

This product is also used as a levelling agent for cationic dyes in acrylic fiber dyeing. The dyed fabric has a soft hand. It has strong affinity for acrylic fiber and good leveling property for cation dyeing.

This product is used as bacteriostatic agent in medical field, industrial circulating water and petroleum field. Sludge remover and cleaner.

This product is also used as a softening finishing agent and antistatic agent for acetate fiber.
