WZ017 is composed of zwitterionic surfactant, mixed acid as the main material, and corrosion inhibitor as the auxiliary material. It is made by heating and cooling process. Usage
Corrosion inhibitor residues, foaming agent denaturation, formation water inorganic salt fouling, fracturing fluid insufficiency gelout and organic or inorganic materials cause gas tube blockage, dig empty pool in the wellhead, inject unplugging agent into the wellbore, and shut-in for 5-15 hours, empty the wellbore (or remove the residual liquid to the ground by using foam), repeated the operations above until the trial-production reaches the construction design requirements
The well condition before blockage removal:
1. High pressure difference of oil and casing pressure;
2. Difficulty in gas well production with water, and the oil pressure and outputs of gas and water decreased
3. The drifting operation has been blocked, and the gauge cannot be located to the intended location;
4. Serious blockage caused the gas well to stop producing.
The results of blockage removal:
1. Keep the pipeline unblocked for a long time;
2. The differential pressure of oil and casing pressure has been narrowed, and the oil pressure and outputs of gas and water have been increased.
3. The pressure of formation water reinjection well decreased, and reinjection fluid volume increased;
4. The input and output ratio is greater than 1:10.
