Characteristics

Can be widely compounded with anionic, cationic, nonionic and amphoteric surfactants, and can significantly improve the comprehensive performance of products;

Can produce rich and delicate foam. It has obvious thickening effect on an appropriate proportion of anionic surfactants;

Can effectively reduce the irritation of other surfactants in the product, and has good conditioning and antistatic effects;

It has the functions of increasing foam and stabilizing foam, and is not affected by acid and hard water in the system, so the product has good stability.

reminders and suggestions

Suitable packaging materials for preparation are PET and HDPE.

Preparation production process: after dilution, a large amount of foam will be produced during filling, so it is not suitable to use self-priming filling machine.

Water quality requirements: tap water with low hardness and deionized water can be used.

It should be noted that the end point phenomenon is not obvious in content detection, so it is necessary to observe more slowly.


Disinfection and sterilization plan

An oilfield fracturing construction unit tested our company's XD013 (double chain quaternary ammonium salt) and wzj001-D30 (compound quaternary ammonium salt) fungicides in the early stage of selection: use river water to prepare guar gum fracturing fluid, sample the river water, and place it for 40 days (without any treatment). Then, take 1000ml of the river water, add 0.2ml of XD013 (2/10000) and 0.1ml of wzj001-D30 (1/10000) respectively, Add 20 grams of KCL and 3 grams of guar gum respectively to swell for about 3 minutes, and then add lye to adjust the pH to about 9. The measured viscosity is about 30 cp. After 26 hours of storage, the measured viscosity is about 27 cp (the viscosity has decreased by 10%). After a long time of testing, the customer agreed to use compound quaternary ammonium salts and has cooperated since 2014.
