2.特点 Characteristics
曲酸学名5-羟基-2-羟甲基-1，4-吡喃酮，它是一种由微生物经发酵途径制成的具弱酸性的有机化合物，英文名称KOJICACID。精品曲酸为类白色或米黄色针状晶体；易溶于水、醇、丙酮，微溶于乙醚、乙酸乙酯、氯仿和吡啶，不溶于苯；其分子式为C6H6O4，分子量为142.1，熔点为153～156℃。
Kojic acid is scientifically known as 5-hydroxy-2-hydroxymethyl-1,4-pyrone. It is a weakly acidic organic compound produced by microorganisms through fermentation. Its English name is KOJICACID. Fine kojic acid is off-white or beige needle-shaped crystals; it is easily soluble in water, alcohol, acetone, slightly soluble in ether, ethyl acetate, chloroform and pyridine, and insoluble in benzene; its molecular formula is C6H6O4, its molecular weight is 142.1, and its melting point is 153-156°C.
3.应用 Applications
(1)应用在化妆品领域。酪氨酸在酪氨酶的催化作用下，与氧自由基经复杂的氧化、聚合，最后合成黑色素。曲酸能抑制酪氨酸酶的合成，安全无毒，所以曲酸已被配入化妆水、面膜、乳液、护肤霜中。20ug/ml浓度的曲酸就可抑制多种酪氨酸酶（或称多酚氧化酶PPO）的70～80%的活力，在化妆品中建议添加量为0.2～1.0%。
