2.性质 Properties

氨基二甲基硅油（即氨基改性二甲基硅油）是以聚二甲基硅氧烷（PDMS）为主链、侧链或端基引入氨基官能团的功能性高分子材料。其核心特性与应用如下：

Amino-modified dimethyl silicone oil is a functional polymer material with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) as the main chain, side chain or end group and amino functional groups introduced. Its core characteristics and applications are as follows:

化学结构与特性

.‌分子结构‌：以 Si-O-Si 为主链，部分甲基被氨烃基（如-NH₂、-NHCH₂CH₂NH₂）取代，形成反应性基团。

Chemical structure and characteristics

.‌Molecular structure‌: Si-O-Si is the main chain, and some methyl groups are replaced by amino hydrocarbon groups (such as -NH₂, -NHCH₂CH₂NH₂) to form reactive groups.

柔软性与平滑性‌：氨基的高极性使分子定向吸附于纤维表面，显著降低摩擦系数（可降至 0.15-0.25），赋予织物丝绸般手感；

Softness and smoothness: The high polarity of amino groups allows the molecules to be oriented and adsorbed on the fiber surface, significantly reducing the friction coefficient (down to 0.15-0.25), giving the fabric a silky feel;

耐洗性‌：与纤维的羟基、羧基形成氢键/离子键，耐水洗和干洗；

Washability: It forms hydrogen bonds/ionic bonds with the hydroxyl and carboxyl groups of the fiber, and is resistant to water washing and dry cleaning;

复配性‌：与有机柔软剂及其他助剂相容性佳，可复配平滑剂增强光泽或弹性；

Compatibility: It has good compatibility with organic softeners and other additives, and can be compounded with smoothing agents to enhance gloss or elasticity;

局限性‌：氨值越高黄变越明显，不适于浅色织物高温处理。

Limitations: The higher the ammonia value, the more obvious the yellowing, and it is not suitable for high-temperature treatment of light-colored fabrics.‌

3.应用 Applications

1、用于高档洗发护发类化妆品时可以使头发更柔软、更顺滑、更亮泽，明显降低梳理力，且抗静电、耐洗。

1. When used in high-end shampoo and hair care cosmetics, it can make hair softer, smoother, and more shiny, significantly reduce combing force, and is anti-static and washable.

2、用于处理棉、毛、麻、绸等织物纤维时可以使织物手感柔软、滑爽、富有弹性。因此，本品是制作美发护发类化妆品及高档织物柔软整理剂的理想材料。
